When you list a property through me, you can expect a the highest level of service. This level of service begins with a thorough review and explanation of your property's market value. I then describe in detail the plan of action that will be taken to market your property and get it sold. Once the decision is made to go ahead and list the property, I go through the listing forms and answer any questions that you may have. The forms are then signed and my plan of action is quickly initiated.

My extensive marketing campaign will expose the property to potential buyers who I, of course, hope will make offers. I will review all offers in detail with you and draft counteroffers when needed until one is accepted and the property goes "under contract".
